What a beautiful exchange
His beauty for our ashes
His hope for our fear
His joy for our sadness
He gave his awesome amazing grace.
He took us
Broken, bruised and crushed
And covered us with his righteousness
A bruised reed he shall not break.
What shall we say then?
If God is for us? Who can be against us?
By his power, we shall overcome!
